Douglas County 4-H has lots of homeschooling families and I thought of you when I saw this opportunity. Learn how water makes it from the ground to your home by taking a tour of the Parker Water and Sanitation District facilities.
According to a press release, "tours are offered on the second Saturday and Sunday of each month and weekly each Wednesday. Weekend tour arrangements need to be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Transportation is provided by the District to and from outlying facilities, but some walking is required.
